Nada Nada means “nothing” — and that’s what we leave behind
We are Bob and Tim, two young fathers who were shocked by the amount of plastic in most everyday objects. After watching a documentary about the harmful substances contained in many plastic water bottles, we thought, "Surely there's a better way!"
So we started NADA NADA with one simple question: "Can we make a bottle that doesn't leave a mess behind?"
It turns out we can...
Our bottle is made of bamboo on the outside and PHA on the inside, a biopolymer that is easily broken down by bacteria in nature.
No microplastics. No toxic byproducts.
You can drink from it, show it off, and ultimately return it to the earth. It's literally made to disappear, but only in nature!
Our goal?
To change the way people think about and drink plastic forever. Not just by making good products, but also by producing them properly:
with products the world needs, that don't require a boatload of certifications to prove they're sustainable.
Profit only counts when everyone can benefit from it. We are a commercial organization, but not-for-profit.
In fact, our profits don't go to shareholders, but back to our mission. People call it social enterprises, for us, is the only way it can work.
Nada nada is our joyful protest against plastic waste. Fun, a little cheeky, and with a big middle finger to plastic.
